SoCal FOODIES ROLL OUT THE CARPET FOR CELEBRITY CHEF FROM LAKE COMO’S GRAND HOTEL TREMEZZO

For two weeks only, a taste of Italy will delight Southern California at Montage Beverly Hills and Montage Laguna Beach through a one-of-a-kind culinary takeover from Lake Como’s renowned Grand Hotel Tremezzo. The property’s Executive Chef Osvaldo Presazzi, who studied under late master of Italian cuisine, Gualtiero Marchesi, will deliver authentic traditional Italian flavor through specials and curated menus in Beverly Hills and Laguna Beach, transforming the way Southern Californians think of Italian dining forever.  

Chef Presazzi and Sous-Chefs Roberto Nese and Davide Somaschini will be cooking up the most celebrated dishes from Grand Hotel Tremezzo’s famous menu, and diners have the following to look forward to:

A la carte specials at The Bar and The Café from Wednesday, January 29 – Saturday, February 1 

Grand dinner featuring a five-course prix fixe menu at The Restaurant on Saturday, February 1 – dishes include Riso, oro e zafferano, a signature dish at La Terrazza Gualtiero Marchesi; lobster on pepper sauce; wild seabass with tomato, green olive, capers and celery sauce; filet of veal with chicken liver, black truffle Gualtiero Marchesi style; and ovis mollis mille-feuille, mascarpone mousse, and wild berries – each of which is of course paired perfectly with rare Italian wines from the region of Lombardy *$150 per person for dinner only, $215 per person with wine pairings
