The mission at Brave New Hollywood (website and YouTube channel) is to keep the light on current and emerging artists with that independent streak, telling unique, intimate and compelling stories through traditional film and digital technology.

The LGBTQ filmmakers know about personal, provocative and truthful films. Time and time, queer films have gained attention and garnered international awards for their powerful, moving stories and a stamp of individuality. We applaud and encourage such refreshing, brave voices.

Visionary, queer filmmakers today are at the forefront of inclusion and diversity in Hollywood with real and human stories, lifelike casting, staging and style. These groundbreaking creators have become a bridge that connects, educates, and opens dialogue about the struggles and the triumphs of the brilliant and creative community they represent.

We continue spotlighting indie films, and rising stars, through original articles, reviews and exclusive interviews. In our features, we offer unique opinion pieces discussing industry trends, personalities, success stories, controversies and Hollywood behaving badly.

At Brave New Hollywood, we support and applaud all courageous LGBTQIA artists and wish everyone a happy pride season.
