My Demands for the 2028 Presidential Candidates
No More Empty Promises. No More Political Theater.
These Are The Commitments Required To Earn My Vote

Americans are constantly told to vote for the “lesser of two evils.” Every election, candidates promise transparency, accountability, reform, and justice. Then, once in office, those promises disappear into the same political machine dominated by billionaires, lobbyists, corporate donors, and entrenched special interests.
That cycle must end.
The United States is facing a crisis of public trust unlike anything in modern history. Confidence in Congress, the presidency, the Supreme Court, federal agencies, legacy media, and many of our democratic institutions continues to erode. Americans across the political spectrum increasingly believe that one set of rules applies to the powerful and another to everyone else.
Candidates seeking the presidency in 2028 should understand one thing clearly: simply not being the other party is no longer enough. Earn our votes.
These are the commitments I expect from anyone asking for my support.
Government Accountability Must Be Non-Negotiable
No democracy can survive if public officials operate above the law.
I expect every candidate to support ending all U.S. military aid and foreign assistance to Israel. American taxpayers should not finance governments that commit genocide, are accused of war crimes, crimes against humanity, or ethnic cleansing.
No elected official, regardless of party or position, should be immune from criminal accountability. Donald Trump, members of his administration, and any current or former public official should be investigated and prosecuted whenever credible evidence supports allegations of fraud, corruption, abuse of power, or violations of U.S. or international law. Justice must never depend on political affiliation.
The American people also deserve the truth.
Release the complete, unredacted Epstein files to the fullest extent permitted by law while protecting victims’ identities.
Release every remaining JFK assassination record in a fully searchable public archive.
Establish an independent commission to review the events surrounding September 11 and declassify all relevant government records whenever legitimate national security concerns no longer require secrecy.
Conduct a transparent, independent investigation into the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Government secrecy should be the exception, not the rule.
Corruption Is Destroying American Democracy
Washington has become a revolving door between government, lobbying firms, defense contractors, corporations, and wealthy donors.
That system serves the powerful, not the public.
I expect every candidate to support:
- An independent federal anti-corruption commission with authority to investigate elected officials, judges, lobbyists, and government contractors.
- Ending presidential immunity for criminal conduct.
- Prohibiting presidential self-pardons.
- Restoring the Department of Justice as an independent institution insulated from political interference.
- Banning members of Congress, Supreme Court justices, senior executive officials, and their immediate families from trading individual stocks.
Public office should never be a pathway to personal enrichment.
End the Era of Unlimited Money in Politics
American democracy is increasingly auctioned to the highest bidder.
Citizens United opened the floodgates to unlimited political spending and accelerated the corruption of our electoral system.
It should be overturned.
PACs, Super PACs, dark money organizations, and special-interest loopholes should be eliminated.
Federal elections should move toward transparent public financing so candidates answer to voters rather than billionaires.
Reform Congress and the Supreme Court
No elected office should become a lifetime career.
Congressional term limits are long overdue.
Members of Congress should face lengthy restrictions before becoming lobbyists after leaving office.
Congressional spending, earmarks, and financial disclosures should become fully transparent.
The Supreme Court should finally be subject to meaningful ethics rules, mandatory financial disclosures, enforceable recusal standards, and real penalties for violations.
Any justice or federal official facing credible allegations of corruption, including Justice Clarence Thomas, should be investigated without fear or favor.
No one should be untouchable.
Healthcare Is a Human Right
Healthcare should never depend on wealth, employment, or ZIP code.
The United States should establish universal healthcare that includes medical, dental, vision, mental health, reproductive healthcare, and prescription drug coverage.
Medical debt should no longer destroy families.
Predatory medical billing practices should end.
Reproductive freedom should be restored nationwide through federal legislation that provides protections at least equivalent to those previously recognized under Roe v. Wade.
Build an Economy That Works for Working People
The economy should reward work, not simply wealth.
Raise the federal minimum wage to at least $25 per hour and automatically adjust it for inflation.
Require major corporations to pay their fair share by eliminating tax loopholes.
Establish a federal tax on ultra-high-net-worth individuals and billionaires.
Strengthen labor protections, defend unions, prosecute wage theft aggressively, and guarantee paid family leave, medical leave, sick leave, and paid vacation for every American worker.
Housing and Education Should Create Opportunity
Corporate investors should not be buying entire neighborhoods while millions struggle to afford housing.
The federal government should invest aggressively in affordable housing while limiting excessive corporate ownership of residential properties.
Public colleges, universities, and vocational schools should become tuition-free or substantially more affordable.
Meaningful student loan relief should remain a national priority.
Protect Civil Rights and Democracy
Equal rights require more than speeches.
Congress should finally pass the Equality Act and strengthen protections against discrimination based on race, religion, sex, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
Protect voting rights.
End partisan gerrymandering.
Expand automatic voter registration.
Make Election Day a federal holiday.
Strengthen protections for whistleblowers.
Protect investigative journalism and a free press.
End qualified immunity and establish meaningful national standards for police accountability.
America Needs a Foreign Policy Guided by Human Rights
American foreign policy should reflect American values, not geopolitical favoritism.
Military assistance should end for any government credibly found to be committing war crimes, crimes against humanity, ethnic cleansing, or genocide.
Congress must reclaim its constitutional authority over decisions to wage war.
The United States should reduce unnecessary military spending and redirect those resources toward healthcare, education, infrastructure, scientific research, disaster preparedness, and domestic priorities.
Corporate America Must Be Held Accountable
Corporations should compete fairly, obey the law, and pay their taxes.
Monopolies that undermine competition should be broken up.
Corporate welfare should end for companies that evade taxes, engage in corruption, or repeatedly violate labor and consumer protection laws.
Consumer protections should be strengthened, personal data safeguarded, and mass government and corporate surveillance significantly limited.
The Bottom Line
The United States does not suffer from a shortage of wealth, talent, or opportunity. It suffers from a shortage of accountability.
Government should answer to citizens, not donors.
Justice should apply equally, not selectively.
Transparency should replace secrecy.
Human rights should never be sacrificed for political convenience.
The rule of law should never yield to money, power, or partisan loyalty.
These are not partisan demands. They are democratic demands. Any presidential candidate seeking my vote in 2028 should be prepared to explain, in detail, where they stand on every one of them. Silence, evasions, and campaign slogans are no longer enough. The American people deserve leaders willing to confront corruption, restore public trust, and place democracy above politics.
