St. Felix West Hollywood celebrates its 10th anniversary with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, May 23rd.

To celebrate the milestone and express gratitude to the community for supporting the restaurant, St. Felix will be offering “Recession Roll-Back Pricing”, $6 on all their premium signature cocktails all day and night at both the Hollywood & West Hollywood locations.

“When we started on the corner of Robertson & Santa Monica Blvd., we had a vision to bring east-coast style & feel coupled with Midwestern customer service and value in a highly stylized LA setting,” said John Arakaki, Co-Owner and Managing Partner of the Libertine Group. He added, “St Felix strove to be a bridge between the cool musicians hitting the legendary Troubadour & Whisky a Go-Go while proudly catering to the established LGBTQIA community in the area. Along the way, we stopped caring about labels and focused on maintaining an environment that was cool & all inclusive. The young struggling artist is welcome & feels comfortable next to the established after work business crowd. Our concept focuses on quality & value and is based on a strong & creative food & cocktail program that is fun, different and accessible to all.”

Eventually, a second location was opened on Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood. St Felix has become a staple for the after work, young professional & artists, seeing a high-quality experience for a reasonable price.

Arakaki continues, “As struggling artists when we arrived in LA, my business partner Christian and I both know how hard the City of Angels can be. We decided to do Happy Hour from 4-8pm. At first people thought it was an unusual concept. Happy Hours are from 3-6PM. Hardly anyone in this town is on time because of traffic. Let’s keep it cool so that after a stressful day people can find a spot to park, decompress & enjoy good food & drinks with friends. After a few months, our Happy Hour became a celebrated institution and still thrives today at both locations.”

With LA Pride approaching, it’s apropos for St. Felix to celebrate its 10th anniversary now, as well as a time when the world LGBTQ community celebrates the 50th anniversary of Stonewall. For more information, please visit WestHollywood.SaintFelix.net
