Founder of PHT in 2013, Ryan Calder is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach in Los Angeles. Ryan Calder is an experienced fitness industry leader with a diverse range of clientele. Injury rehabilitation, core stabilization and balance development, flexibility and mobility optimization, fat reduction, muscle gain, speed and agility performance, strength to power training, and dynamic cardio programs are the fundamentals to his coaching style. Nutrition is the key factor to every lifestyle and Ryan Calder serves every client with specifically tailored guidance using his education and qualified network of expert professionals when needed.

Born and raised in Northern California, he traveled throughout the Bay Area playing and competing in many sports until graduating high school. Starting early in life, gym training became an obsession and helping teammates & friends to achieve great results was always his passion. Now as a professional coach, his dedication to positive results in fitness, athletics, and nutrition continues to grow and provide clients with lifelong progress. Ryan Calder does what he loves and loves what he does.

Ryan Calder coaches 24 hours a day – 7 days a week – 4 weeks a month – 12 months a year to get goals and as a result, his clients become their best self.
